We are a bespoke vintage caravan based in the Southern Highlands (but we love an adventure!) The Valerie Van provides dessert catering and bar services with an old-school charm to any event big or small. Frequently traveling to South Coast, Canberra, and throughout the Southern Highlands, NSW.

At The Valerie Van, we strive to use quality local ingredients when possible. Fresh produce and herbs are locally sourced (and home grown) and transformed into handmade mixers, garnishes, syrups, and more. We work to ensure your guests are being pampered with the best cocktails and service available.

There are so many wonderful local distilleries, breweries, and wineries —featuring them at your event shows your support of local businesses and highlights the wonderful talents of our community.
