What’s included in your mobile bar packages?

The Valerie Van will arrive approx 1hr prior to your event start time with RSA-qualified servers. We have different packages to suit your needs and budget

Do you supply the alcohol?

No, we are BYO only so you supply the alcohol and we serve them and turn them into amazing cocktails for you and your guests to enjoy

How much alcohol should I buy?

Once you have booked your package with us, we can work together with you to start planning your drinks menu

What kind of drinks can you serve?

We can serve your guest’s bottled beer, wine, ciders, champagne, spirits, and cocktails. Please see our packages page for all your options

Where is Valerie based?

Valerie Van is based in the Southern Highlands, NSW but can also service the South Coast, Canberra and surrounding areas. We love a road trip, so send us a message if you would like us to attend your next event.

Do you need power?

Yes

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured.

Are your bartenders RSA trained?

Yes, all of our bartenders are RSA trained and hold current certificates

What if our event is on council grounds?

No problem! However, you will need to obtain the relevant approvals and permits from the council and provide us with this paperwork before your event

What happens if it rains on the day?

No refunds are due in the event of bad weather, however, we will work together with you to provide an alternate arrangement for the day. Changes regarding venue and agreed plans must be advised to us no later than 4 hours prior to the event

What if I need to cancel?

Once you have your date confirmed and your 30% deposit has been received, we will no longer take any booking enquiries for that day. Unfortunately, this means that the booking deposit is non-refundable.

How Do You Keep Your Drinks Cold?

We have ice buckets for your drinks but you’ll need to make sure your drinks are chilled before we arrive at the big celebration. We highly recommend hiring a cool room to store and chill your drinks prior to our arrival.

Other things we should mention…

• Valerie requires a flat ground for set up and service. Dimensions are 12ft long x 6 ft wide

• For the last 30mins of service our staff will serve your guests drinks in bio-degradable glasses to ensure that we have enough time to collect used glasses and pack up
